At Rakan Aljammaz Web Services, we always strive to provide high-quality digital services that meet our clients’ expectations and ensure their satisfaction. Due to the nature of the digital and electronic services we provide, our exchange and refund policy is subject to the following terms:

Once the service implementation has started, the files have been delivered, or the service has been activated, the amount paid is non-refundable.

If the completed work has been sent to the client and the client does not submit any amendment requests or feedback, the order will be considered approved after 3 days.

## Design Requests and Revisions

For design services, we aim to provide professional work that meets the client’s requirements.

The client may request the necessary revisions until they are fully satisfied with the service provided, as long as the requested revisions remain within the scope of work agreed upon before the project started.

We are committed to working with the client to achieve the most suitable result and meet their goals and expectations. However, major changes or additions outside the originally agreed scope may require additional fees or additional delivery time.

## Refund Requests

A refund request may be submitted in the following cases:

• The service has not started within the agreed period.
• A technical issue prevents the service from being provided in full.
• A payment error occurs or the payment is duplicated.

Refund requests are reviewed within 3 to 7 business days.

## Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable after implementation or activation:

• Domain registration or renewal
• Hosting services after activation
• Custom designs
• Custom-made work
• Services that have already been delivered or started
• Recurring subscriptions and digital services
• Revisions and support services

## Order Cancellation

A client may request to cancel a service before actual implementation begins. In this case, the order status will be reviewed to determine whether the full amount or part of it can be refunded.

If payment was made by bank transfer:
The full amount will be refunded without any deductions. To protect your rights, please make sure that the payment was transferred only to our officially listed bank account.

If payment was made in cash:
The full amount will be refunded without any deductions. To protect your rights, please verify our official payment and account information through the designated page.
